Waiver and Penalty

In the event of cancellation of a booking on behalf of a client, and consequently of his waiver of any right to his stay (cancellation and waiver that must strictly be forwarded in writing, by means of either letter or fax, to the Owning Company, the Client must correspond a sum of money, as a refund for his cancellation, to be calculated in percentage on the total amount due for the chosen period, as follows:

• 10% (ten per cent) of the fee for the period, up 30 calendar days prior to the start
• 30% (thirty per cent) of the fee for the period, 29 to 21 calendar days prior to the start
• 50% (fifty per cent) of the fee for the period, 20 to 10  calendar days prior to the start
• 75 % (seventy-five per cent) of the fee for the period, 9 to 3 calendar days prior to the start
• 100% (hundred per cent) of the fee for the period, after such dates

The receding client can be replaced, without paying any penalty, by some other person, provided that:

• The Company has been informed of the change at least four free days before the start of the rental period, with a full statement of personal particulars, fiscal code, and residential address of the person taking over the rental, who must, at the same time, express in writing his will to take over in the contract;
• All the expenses involved in the taking over are previously refunded to the Company, the amount  of which to be calculated upon the formal acceptance of the said taking over.
• The relevant rental fee for the chosen period has been already paid in full.
