All stays will start and end on Monday
Minimum stay period is one week, Monday to Monday
All flats deliveries (check-in) on the starting day of the rental period will take place from17.00 hrs to 19.00 hrs on day of arrival (earlier deliveries subject to availability only)
The redelivery of the flat on behalf of the client when the rental period is over (check-out) will have to take place by 10.00 am on day of departure./
Tableware and kitchenware will have to be left perfectly clean and in good order by the Client upon his departure
Clients are kindly requested to contact the Reception (by phone: 0781/854460, or by fax: 0781/854954) in due time in order to let them know their arrival date and time. The type of transport used will have to be specified as well, together with the embarkation port they have chosen to reach the Piana Island. (PortoScuso or CarloForte)
Those Clients who – due to transportation schedule – are in need to reach the Island before 08.00 hrs, or after 20.00 hrs are kindly requested to contact the Reception (0781/854 460) in good advance and request for their transportation (communal sea transfer, operated by the Management of VillaMarina Condominium) to be arranged at an extra cost, fixed by the Manager.
