The flat is made up of a master bedroom with double bed, entrance, bathroom, dining room with cooking area. The flat is located on the first and top floor of a small building right on the sea-front, overlooking the Marina, and the Carloforte Lagoon. (Flats 15/9, 15/10, 15/11, 15/12).

• B2 = Two-roomed flats with 5/6 beds
  Fully furnished with refrigerator, gas cooker with four burners (one of which electric), electricity, cold and hot water, shower and private bathroom. The flat is made up of a master bedroom with double bed, bathroom, a big two-tiers dining room  with two sofa-beds, cooking area, garden with floored gazebo equipped with table and six chairs and deck chairs made of white  synthetic resin, floors and fenced solarium, with direct access to the master bedroom.
  The flat is located on the ground floor of a building of little terraced houses. (Flats.: 307/308)
